In November 2000 I began a series on "Starting Your E-Business on a Shoestring." It IS possible to start a successful on a shoestring. I did it and so have tens of thousands of others. We've considered Step 1. Define a Unique E-Business Niche and Step 2: Devise an Adequate Revenue Plan. These are essential to do first. Then Step 3. Name Your E-Business. In this issue I'd like to pick up that series with Step 4. Assess Your Needs and Resources.
This coming week I'll be moving the wilsonweb.com domain to a new server with greater power -- Solaris OS on a Sun SPARC server, close to the Mae East Internet node, and capable of running Cold Fusion with MySQL. There may be some glitches before everything is settled since I am moving over 800 webpages and some pretty complex operations. If you'll e-mail me and let me know of any problems you experience, it'll help me jump on them quickly and get them fixed. Thanks for your patience.
Finally, I'm right at the end (tonight) of a special offer of my $12 e-book, "A Guide to E-Mail Newsletters" free for those who sign up for one or more opt-in e-mail lists to receive product info. http://www.wilsonweb.com/lists/010131dre.htm Here are the most popular opt-in lists so far:
