This issue, when you start to examine it is huge -- probably 150 pages if it were all printed out (and I'll probably include it in an e-book later). At first, it just looks like a list of e-mail marketing programs and listservers, with URLs, short notes, and often a price -- divided by type of application

But if you look more carefully, you'll find a link to candid user comments that help you learn the good, the bad, and the ugly. Of course, these user comments are for my paid subscribers only -- just use your username and password to get in. You may need to refresh your screen once you login, but then you're good to go.
